In September 2003, Kennett Square, PA got hit heavy with rain, which in turn caused severe flooding.  Our post was submerged in 4 feet of water.  We incurred damage to our building, parking lot, and war memorial.  We have repaired most of the post, and township sewer project will wind up fixing our parking lot, so we were left with the memorial.  Luckily, the Boy Scouts contacted us as a community service project to rebuild the memorial.  Below are pictures of that project from April/May 2005.
